Inbox Organization Assistant Needed

Job ID: 40006642

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

My inbox has grown out of hand and I need someone who can step in quickly to bring order to the chaos. Your core focus will be email management—specifically organizing and categorizing every message so I can spot what matters without wading through clutter.

I haven’t locked myself into a single labeling system yet, so I’m open to your suggestions on whether folders, labels, tags, or a combination will work best. The goal is that, at a glance, I can see exactly what’s urgent, archive what’s done, and never lose track of an important thread again.

You should be comfortable working directly inside Gmail (with standard filters, labels, and search operators) or equivalent tools if you prefer to set up a more advanced workflow such as rules in Outlook, filters in Apple Mail, or a lightweight layer over IMAP. As long as the end result is a clearly structured inbox, I’m happy.

Deliverables:
• A cleaned and categorized inbox covering my entire email history.
• A documented folder/label structure with a brief how-to so I can keep using it myself.
• Optional quick reference on any filters or rules you set up.

If you love turning messy inboxes into clean dashboards, let’s talk.
