Google to Zoho Mail Migration

This project involves a complete transfer of our existing Google Workspace mail data into Zoho Mail. Every email, contact, and calendar entry must move over, and the current Gmail folder/label structure has to remain perfectly intact on the Zoho side so the team’s workflow is uninterrupted.

A zero-loss migration is essential. Use whichever method or toolset—Zoho Migration Wizard, Google Workspace APIs, IMAP, or a trusted third-party utility—best guarantees data integrity and minimal downtime, with the actual switch taking place during off-peak hours. Begin with a test mailbox, validate the results, then proceed to the full rollout once accuracy is confirmed.

Deliverables
• Successful migration of all emails, contacts, and calendars, preserving every Gmail label as a corresponding folder or tag in Zoho.
• Post-migration verification report showing item counts and spot-checked content parity between the two systems.
• Step-by-step documentation of the process, including DNS changes and any user setup notes, for our internal records and future reference.
