Gmail Account Recovery Assistance Needed

I’m locked out of my Gmail even though I still know both the email address and the current password. Unfortunately, the recovery phone number and recovery email on file are no longer active, so Google’s standard account-recovery form stops me before I can verify anything. I’ve already run through every official step Google offers, without success.
