Fix Outlook Email Sync

My mailbox sits on a Zimbra server, yet Outlook is the day-to-day tool on every workstation here. Recently the folders lag behind, messages vanish until a manual refresh, and an error pops up whenever I try to send. I need a specialist to dive in, correct the account configuration, and get full, real-time synchronisation working again.

You’ll have remote access (TeamViewer or similar) to:
• inspect IMAP/SMTP and Autodiscover settings
• repair or recreate the OST/PST if it’s corrupt
• clear the send/receive error that blocks outgoing mail
• confirm SSL ports, authentication and any Zimbra-specific tweaks

The job is complete when:
1. Outlook sends and receives without an error prompt,
2. every folder mirrors the server instantly, and
3. I have a brief note of the steps you took so I can repeat them on other PCs.
