Fix Gmail Alias Email Receiving Issue (SiteGround Email Setup)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need help fixing an issue with my business email setup.
I have two email accounts set up via SiteGround:
These have been added to my personal Gmail account as aliases.
Current Issue:
When I send emails from Gmail using these addresses, everything works correctly.
However, when I receive emails, they are going to SiteGround webmail only, and NOT appearing in my Gmail inbox.
I want all emails to be received directly in Gmail.
Important:
SiteGround has confirmed everything is set up correctly on their side.
This is likely a Gmail POP3/IMAP or forwarding configuration issue.
I can provide screenshots of my Gmail settings if needed.
What I Need
Fix email so Gmail receives incoming emails for both addresses
Ensure everything works smoothly going forward
Keep current ability to send from Gmail
Budget & Deadline
Budget: $10 fixed
Deadline: Today (urgent)
Requirements (Read Carefully)
When applying, you MUST:
Start your proposal with: emailfix
Answer these 3 questions:
1. What do you think is causing this issue?
2. Have you fixed a similar Gmail + hosting email issue before?
3. Do you accept the budget & deadline?
