Infrared Thermography

Hello, I am seeking a freelancer knowledgeable with infrared thermography. I have two high resolution pictures taken at 6,000 x 6,000 megapixels of the back of an old painting which was made and recorded in a government recording office in 1861, and the reference number for the painting's file was written multiple times on both the back of the painting's canvas as well as on the frame by the artist when he was alive, and due to its age it is now faded, and even though it was written multiple times by the artist, it is still partly readable. I am seeking a freelancer that can make the reference number on the back of this painting readable again, pictures are attached. Thank you
