I need an automation tool for my learning course program on macOS. The tool should:

Click automatically every 10 minutes.
Complete a security question by selecting a symbol from images (e.g., a hat or a cloud).
Recognize images using predefined image matching.
The system is in German; I will provide the necessary images.
