make quick edits to 1 PDF

Project Description
Within file (attached) named: GM_LeadForm_HDCardVoucher.pdf, I have an image to change and some copy (that's really it). Where the Home Depot gift card is, it needs to change to $50 and a nicer-looking card like in the png file attached (for example only, named GutterMaxx_Creeative_01_Feed.png). Then, within the voucher pdf the 2 places the copy shows $25 need to change to $50. Finally, at the end of the fine print within the PDF, we need to change from where it says, " email or text a picture of your.... (all the way to the end)" to, "mail in this voucher to: GutterMaxx, LLC, PO Box 140155, Dallas, TX 75214. The gift card will be sent to you by mail."
This all needs to look congruent, professional, like no edits were done, and perfect (like original).
