denoise an mp4 movie to see phone screen

I have an mp4 4K movie and in this movie you can see somebody handling a phone screen, the movie is from a security camera and it shows thieves stealing my suitcase from my apartment. The police has done much. I'd like to help by identifying whom they are talking to in the phone that they show to the camera. This needs some involved professional computer enhancement of the images to be able to extract a clear image of the screen from multiples frames. The video is 1920x 1080 and 30 fps. Due to the limitation of 25 MB, I will only attach VLC captures where the phone is seen. The images attached were obtained with VLC and the scenes filter set at 10.
