Word to PDF Conversion with Landscape Images

I have a 25K Word .docx that I want converted into .pdf format. The .docx has 12 images in .png format that need to have their aspect ratio maintained. The .pdf output must be of print quality, and maintaining headings of the .docx would be useful. (This is the first of 2 volumes, the second being
similar in construction but of 12K words and still being developed.)
The images have text embedded in the graphics, and some will need to be switched into a landscape-mode page while the bulk of the pdf will be portrait. Alternatively, depending on layout/margin settings/readability the whole pdf could be in landscape mode.
The images can be provided separately from the Word doc if necessary.
Pdf output to be locked with a password and non-editable by viewers.
