Video Replay Server
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Develop a server that reads stream from a camera and then do the following two things
A)Replay the same stream obtained from the camera without any changes
B)Provide each frame to an endpoint, obtain the change frame (frame with metadata) and then replay the stream
Basically your software server sits between RTSP generator (e.g. camera) and RTSP consumer (our program, or VLC)
Conditions:
1)For windows platform: We expect the program to be written in C/C++ with C# wrapper
For Linux platform: We expect the program to be written in Python
Payment can be increased if you can provide solution for both platforms
2)Latency shall be very minimal (maximum delay of 500ms)
3)You can reuse any libraries as long as they are free to use for commercial purposes
4)Project deadline is 3 days
5)All source code should be submitted
6)Server should support multiple clients in parallel
