Upscale Image for Event Banner

I have a JPEG that I’ll be using to promote an upcoming event, but its current resolution won’t hold up when enlarged. I need the image professionally up-scaled, cleaned, and optimized so it prints crisply on a 6 × 4 ft banner.

Please preserve every visual detail and color while eliminating any pixelation or compression artifacts. The final file should be press-ready in CMYK, with appropriate bleed and crop marks, and supplied in a high-resolution PDF or layered TIFF so my print shop can adjust if needed.

If vector re-creation is the best route to achieve flawless sharpness, feel free to do so—just make sure the finished banner looks pristine from any viewing distance.
