Uniform B&W Portrait Composites

I need to create 58 black-and-white staff portraits that all share a single, consistent layout: identical background, identical body (one male template and one female template), and only the heads changing from person to person. Last year we used the same technique on a smaller group and it worked perfectly, so I’m looking to replicate that success at a larger scale now.
Here’s what I will provide: individual headshots of each person and reference images of the male and female body positions we used previously. You’ll take those assets, match lighting and perspective, cut out each head cleanly, place it on the appropriate template, and deliver polished JPEG files ready for immediate use.
The background style is still open—I’m leaning toward something simple and unobtrusive, but I’m happy to hear suggestions that won’t distract from the clean, monochrome look. What matters most is visual consistency across all 58 images.
Timing is critical; I need the full set turned around as soon as possible while maintaining sharp detail and seamless blends. If you have a streamlined workflow for bulk compositing in Photoshop (or your preferred tool) and an eye for subtle tonal matching, you’re the right fit.
