Tile Water Removal & Color Match

I have a single photograph where a patch of water sits on the centre tiles, making that spot look darker and reflective than the surrounding dry tiles. I need you to digitally remove every trace of the water—texture, reflections, puddle edges—so the floor looks uniformly dry from edge to edge.
Once the water is gone, please colour-correct that area so it seamlessly matches the tone, brightness and saturation of the dry tiles visible elsewhere in the same image; the dry tiles serve as the reference, so no additional files are needed.
I’ll supply the full-resolution photo as soon as we start. Send back a high-resolution JPEG plus a layered PSD so I can review the retouching if needed. The retouched section should be impossible to spot at 100 % zoom, with tile lines, grout and surface texture perfectly continuous.
