**URGENT** Superimpose image over another image with 3d rotation using python3 or node.js v14

Hi,
Please find attached the template image over which other images need to be superimpose. The template image has a white box and a name field.
The image to superimpose needs to be 3d rotated before superimposing it on the template image on the white box.
A text based name also needs to be added below the image, again 3d rotated to match the template image profile
PSD file for the template image can be provided on request.
Need this to be done using python3 or node.js v14+
