I have a single photo that needs a light, realistic touch-up focused only on the lower back. All I’m after is a clean, natural look—think gentle slimming and refined skin without tipping into obvious “photoshopped” territory.
Please smooth the texture, even out any small blemishes or uneven shading, and shape the area just enough to appear a little leaner while keeping skin tone and detail intact. I’ll supply the high-resolution original as soon as we start; I’d like the finished image returned in the same resolution, preferably as both a layered PSD and a high-quality JPEG so I can make any future tweaks if needed.
