Subtle Headshot Retouching Needed

I have a set of freshly shot, high-resolution headshots that are almost perfect—I just need a light, expert touch to polish them up while keeping everything looking very natural. The main fixes I’m after are the removal of visible acne and dark spots, plus softening the tired look around my eyes so I still look like myself, just well-rested. I’d also love a gentle enhancement to my jawline—think slightly sharper definition, nothing dramatic or obviously sculpted. Also, maybe make my teeth slightly whiter and skin tone slightly less pale - overall a healthier look.

My priority is realism: skin texture should remain intact, tones must stay true, and there should be no “plastic” or overly airbrushed effect. If you typically work in Photoshop or Lightroom, great; frequency separation, dodge and burn, and subtle color grading are all welcome as long as the final result feels organic.

Deliverables:
• Retouched high-resolution files in the same format as supplied (JPG), plus layered PSD/TIFF if you work non-destructively
• Consistent color and exposure across the set
• Turnaround within a few days once you have the images
