Straighten Office Building Photo

I have one high-resolution JPEG of an office building that was shot just a touch off-level. I need a little counter-clockwise rotation so the structure sits perfectly upright and the ground line looks level. No extra retouching, colour work, or exposure tweaks—just a clean, precise straighten that preserves the aspect ratio, original resolution and quality.

Please return the corrected file as a JPEG (and, if you work in Photoshop, a layered PSD would be a bonus for my records).
