Socks & Face Photo Edits

I have one JPEG photograph that needs specific adjustments. The little boy’s socks that are white, I’d like them switched to black. Then the woman in black standing behind the little girl in white needs face-slimming retouch please, enough to soften the cheeks so her features appear a bit narrower.
