Snowsuit Color Swap

I have a high-resolution digital painting of a baby in a red snowsuit. I simply need that snowsuit recoloured to a rich royal blue that complements the rest of the scene while still popping on first glance. I will supply a reference swatch image so you can sample hues (the middle hues will likely work best).

You will see that in the current painting, the baby's snowsuit is layered with a few shared of red. This needs to be replaced by shades of blue.

Deliverables
• JPEG or TIFF file with the new blue base, individual shading layers, and no loss of resolution (needs to be 18 x 24 inches)
• A flattened PNG for quick preview
