Small Brand Image Library Organization V.A.

Our growing archive of product and lifestyle photos is piling up in the cloud and finding the right shot now feels like a treasure hunt. I need those images—only images, no videos or infographics—sorted into an intuitive, searchable library while they remain in their current cloud‐storage home (Google Drive; Dropbox access can be granted if preferred).

Here’s what I’m after:

• A clear folder hierarchy that mirrors how the brand actually works (collection, SKU, campaign, etc.).
• Consistent, human-readable file names that replace the current “IMG_1234” chaos.
• Embedded keywords or other metadata so a quick search surfaces the right file immediately.
• A one-page upkeep guide so anyone on the team can add new images without breaking the system.

You’re welcome to use Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, Photo Mechanic, or another DAM workflow you trust—as long as everything stays synced to the cloud and no proprietary software is required on my end.

I’ll sign off once I can open our Drive, type a keyword, and land on the correct image in seconds. Let’s make this library a pleasure to use.
