Simple image recognition web app

I'm looking for someone to create a simple web app to identity doors and other components on AutoCad drawings. The app should be able to upload PDF or JPEG and then mark where the doors are located. Please type "Orange' in your bid so i know you have read the project description. This is just a prototype for a proof of concept and once achieved i can create another project to complete the rest of the scope of work.
