Shirt Fit Photo Retouch

I have one high-resolution image where the shirt I’m wearing looks a bit too tight. I need a moderate retouch that relaxes the fabric just enough so it reads as fitted but comfortable—no baggy creases, just a natural drape along the torso and sleeves. Please keep the stitching, buttons and fabric texture intact so the edit is invisible to anyone who hasn’t seen the original.
While you’re in the file, warm up the skin tones of the two people standing to my right; a subtle, sun-kissed tan is all I’m after, nothing that shifts their overall colouring.
I’ll provide the original JPEG as well as a reference shot of how the shirt normally fits. Deliver a layered PSD (so minor tweaks remain possible) and a flattened high-quality JPEG suitable for social media.
Acceptance criteria:
• Shirt appears comfortably fitted with no visible warping or cloning artefacts
• Skin tones of the two subjects on the right look naturally tanned and consistent across their exposed skin
• Overall colour balance, lighting and background remain untouched except for the changes above
• Final files: layered PSD + sRGB JPEG, both matching the original resolution
