Sharpen Blurry Truck Image

I have a single JPEG photo of a truck where the model name, “The Brute,” is already tack-sharp, yet everything else—the cabin, wheels, and bodywork—looks soft. I need that blur corrected so the whole vehicle matches the clarity of the lettering without creating halos or over-sharpening artifacts.
Please work non-destructively, drawing on whatever blend of high-frequency sharpening, selective masking, and noise control you feel is best. Keep the text area untouched; the goal is a natural, evenly crisp image that still feels like a photo, not an illustration.
