Selfie Enhancement

I need a skilled photo editor to improve a picture taken with a celebrity.

Requirements:
- Change facial expression to a more natural smile closed smile (see example)
-Fix slight lazy eye
- Modify "ok sign" hand pose to a more natural position with more spread fingers

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Experience with altering facial expressions and hand poses in photos
- Attention to detail and ability to provide a natural-looking result
