Seamless Two-Photo Merge

I have two separate images that need to be merged into a single, convincing photograph. The background from Photo 1 should remain intact, while the subject from the second shot is integrated so cleanly that no one can tell the image was edited. Faces must stay absolutely true to the originals—no warping, shrinking, or skin-smoothing that changes their character.
Natural light and believable shadows are critical because the finished picture has to pass as an untouched, formal-style photo suitable for professional use. Color tone, contrast, and perspective all need to match; I don’t want any visible halos, mismatched grain, or cloning artifacts.
I will supply both high-resolution files as soon as the project begins and would like the completed work back quickly.

• Layered PSD so I can make minor tweaks later if needed
