Seamless Team Photo Edit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have one master team photo that I’d like refreshed: two new staff members need to be added, and one existing person has to disappear. My goal is a completely realistic result—no tell-tale edges, colour shifts, or lighting mismatches—so please treat this as a full-quality composite job rather than a quick cut-and-paste.
What I can supply
• The original group shot in high-resolution JPG and layered PSD
• Separate, high-resolution head-and-shoulder photos of the two new staff members, shot in similar lighting
• Any additional reference shots you might need for matching shadows or colour
Editing specifics
• Realistic style only; the final image must look as though everyone was photographed together.
• Keep the current background exactly as it is—no swaps or heavy retouching—just blend the new faces in naturally.
• Remove the chosen staff member cleanly, rebuilding any background that becomes visible.
• Match skin tones, lighting direction, and overall colour grade so nothing feels out of place.
• Deliver a flattened high-res JPG for everyday use plus the layered PSD with all editable masks intact.
Acceptance criteria
1. At 100 % zoom there are no visible halos, jagged edges, or duplicated background patterns.
2. New team members’ proportions, shadows, and tonal range are consistent with the existing group.
3. The removed person leaves no artifacts; background reconstruction looks seamless.
