Seamless Person Swap Photo

I need a skilled retoucher to replace one individual in a high-resolution photo with someone from a second image, making the result look as though they were always part of the scene. The shot has mixed-element surroundings—some clean areas, some busy details—so careful masking, color matching, and light direction will be essential for a truly seamless blend.
You will receive:
• The original group photo (high-res)
• A separate high-res portrait of the person who should appear in the final image
• A reference mark showing which person to remove
Please keep the overall resolution unchanged and match skin tone, shadows, and grain so no evidence of editing is visible even on close inspection. Once complete, send back:
• A flattened, print-ready JPEG or PNG
• (Ideally) a layered PSD so I can make minor tweaks later if required
