Scanned Document Retouching

I need 1 scanned document retouched. The documents are historical deeds, which I will photograph best I can. I would like to create a file that I can increase the resolution so I can create wallpaper from the image.
The work involves:

- Removing blemishes and folds
- Background editing
- Stitching together separate documents if required to make the whole image
- Increasing resolution if possible

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in photo editing software
- Experience with scanned document enhancement
- Attention to detail
