Restaurant Food Photo Background Edits
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have about 40 food photographs (1200x900px) that need professional post-production before they go live in our website gallery. Each image should feel cohesive with my restaurant’s visual identity, so I’m looking for an editor who can:
• Replace existing backgrounds with more elegant and engaging ones (open to suggestions). Two sets of different backgrounds required.
• Fine-tune colour balance, lighting, and overall composition so the dishes pop and look naturally appetising.
• Keep every shot consistent in tone and style-these photos will sit side-by-side on the site.
I primarily use Photoshop myself, so please stay within that workflow or similar professional tools to ensure smooth revisions.
Ideal fit: 2–5 years’ experience editing food imagery, especially for restaurant or café menus. A strong eye for detail and a solid sense of colour harmony are essential. If you previously opted for plain colour or textured backdrops, that’s great experience to draw on, but the final images must reflect an authentic in-restaurant feel.
