Remove blurred part in the image

Trim blurred part of the image. The parts to be trimmed are either bottom or above based on where the blur is located. After, trimming the image, combine the images to 1 image for each of the folder.

NOTE: the margin of the UNBLURRED part should not be changed. See description on the attached document
