Remove Person From JPEG

I have a single JPEG shot taken in a group setting. The photo shows several people crouching in the front row. I need the person second from the left cleanly removed so the and the person on the furthest left (who is larger than the person to be removed) placed where the other person was. No other edits, touch-ups, colour tweaks or enhancements are required. Please keep the original resolution and aspect ratio intact and deliver the final image back to me as a high-quality JPEG.
