Remove Harness From Fall Photos

I have a small set of Fall family portraits—four to seven high-resolution images—where a child’s safety harness is clearly visible. The backgrounds are moderately busy (think foliage, pumpkins, and a few benches), so I need a skilled Photoshop retoucher who can erase the harness cleanly while keeping clothing textures, shadows, and surrounding details intact. No other adjustments are required; color, lighting, and everything else should remain exactly as shot.
Deliverables
• Retouched, print-ready JPEGs for each photo (same resolution as originals)
• Layered PSD or TIFF files so I can revisit edits later if needed
