Remove Furniture & Tweak Image

I have a photo that needs a clean, invisible removal of one piece of furniture. Once the object is gone, I’ll also want a lightly resized version—exact dimensions or crop style to be confirmed with you after I see the first edit.
Please work non-destructively so colours, lighting and overall sharpness stay intact, and supply the final in layered PSD plus a flattened high-res JPEG or PNG. Turn-around is important to me, so let me know how quickly you can deliver the first draft; I’m aiming for same-day if possible.
If the furniture looks like it was never there and the resized copy matches the specs we finalise together, I’ll consider the job complete and release payment.
