Redesign of a Deteriorated Informational Sticker

I have an image of an informational sticker. The objective of the project is to recreate a new version of the sticker so that I can print it and replace the old one.
To achieve this, I will provide:
An image of the original deteriorated sticker, which will serve as a visual reference.
The design of a new plate in PDF format, with a final size of 20 × 15 cm, ready for printing.
The final result must be clean, legible, and professional, maintaining a visual appearance similar to the original model but with improved finishing, particularly regarding the company logo and other details, such as more uniform text.
Free creativity or artistic redesign is not required; instead, the focus should be on precision, attention to detail, and technical consistency, as the goal is to produce a new informational sticker that is similar to the original.
