Real Estate Photo Retouching

HI - I’m currently looking for a high-end property retoucher who can closely emulate my editing style. Finding the right fit is really important to me.
I work for a property management company and shoot a high volume of real estate and vacation rental content each week. I’m at the point where I need to offload retouching so I can focus more on shooting.
I’m looking for someone interested in a long-term partnership. To get started, I’ve included a link below for a test run. Feel free to use only the image(s) you need to best achieve the look.
A few key notes about my style:
• Supplemental lighting should enhance the ambient light — not overpower it
• Avoid overly bright/whitened or heavily color-corrected images
• Highlights should retain detail (no blown-out areas)
• Window views should remain clear and natural
