Real Estate Photo Enhancements

I do real estate photography. From time to time I have interior and exterior real-estate shots that need to look polished, inviting, and true to life. Each image requires a full suite of corrections—accurate color work, lens and perspective fixes, balanced exposure & brightness with recovered highlights, plus quick Photoshop clean-ups to remove any distracting imperfections (smudges on walls, sensor spots, power cords, etc.). Sometimes a sky change is needed
My workflow is straightforward: I’ll supply you with the RAW HDR files. You return finished, ready-to-publish JPEGs (sRGB) and their layered PSDs so I can tweak if needed. Consistent white balance across the set is crucial, and verticals must stay perfectly straight for the architectural frames.
Please let me know your typical turnaround time per batch and any preferred file-transfer method. If you have before-and-after samples of similar real-estate edits, feel free to point me to them—seeing your style in action will help me lock in the first milestone quickly. I'm willing to pay about $1 to $2 per image depending on the job. Total images to be expected per each photoshoot is between 16 and 40 (22 Average)
