Real Estate Photo Enhancement Project

I have a mix of indoor, outdoor, and aerial property photos that need to look polished, bright, and MLS-ready. Each file will require three core treatments:

• Color correction and overall enhancement for a consistent, natural style
• HDR blending when multiple exposures are supplied, preserving window views and balanced interiors
• Object removal—power cords, signage, cars, or any distracting items that pull the eye away from the architecture

Source files arrive as RAW or high-resolution JPEG, and I’ll supply clear notes on anything that must disappear or receive extra attention. Final images should be returned as high-quality JPEGs (sRGB, 300 dpi) plus layered PSDs so I can make minor tweaks later if needed.

Turnaround: 24-48 hours per batch is ideal; we can agree on a schedule that fits larger sets. Consistency across all photos is critical, so please keep white balance, contrast, and sky tone uniform.

If you also handle virtual staging, mention it—there may be follow-up work in that area once these edits are complete.
