Real Estate HDR Photo Editor
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
IMPORTANT:
This project is specifically for REAL ESTATE HDR PHOTO EDITING only.
Please only apply if you have experience with real estate photography editing (bracketed images, HDR blending, perspective correction).
Applications without relevant real estate examples will not be considered.
I shoot several properties every week and usually come away with twenty-plus bracketed sets that I then blend in Photoshop. I’m now ready to hand that HDR workload to someone who can match the clean, natural look my clients expect.
What matters most is consistency: straight vertical and horizontal lines, a neutral white balance with no yellow or orange cast, bright yet balanced exposure, and wood tones that still look like wood. I’m after a modern, professional feel—no crunchy or over-processed HDR. Most frames only need this standard treatment; more involved retouching such as object removal or cutting reflections comes up rarely and can be quoted separately when it does.
Here’s the typical flow:
• Each week you’ll receive 21+ bracketed sets via Dropbox.
• You deliver full-resolution JPGs (and layered PSDs if the job requires) with perspective corrected and color balanced.
• Turnaround: 24 hours is ideal so my realtors can list quickly.
Please let me know:
• Your price per image for the standard HDR edit described above.
• A link to a few before/after examples that show similar, natural results.
My own workflow is rooted in Photoshop, but if you prefer Lightroom, Photomatix, Aurora HDR, or another tool that achieves the same clean outcome, that’s perfectly fine. I’m looking for a reliable, long-term collaboration, so consistent quality will count more than anything else. If this sounds like your kind of project, I’d love to see your work and discuss next steps.
