Real Estate HDR Editing & Tutoring

I have a new batch of bracketed RAW files from several properties and need an HDR specialist to process them for my online listings while guiding me through the exact workflow you use. My priority is a clean, natural-looking result—no cartoonish colors or heavy tonemapping—so the final images feel true to life on both interior rooms and exterior facades.

Here’s how I see the collaboration working: you’ll create polished deliverables ready for MLS and short-term-rental platforms, then walk me through each step (Lightroom, Photoshop, Enfuse/Photomatix or your preferred tools) so I understand how to replicate the process myself. Screen-share sessions, annotated screenshots, or a concise written guide are all acceptable as long as they leave me confident I can repeat the workflow.

Deliverables
• Final high-resolution JPGs optimized for web (interiors and exteriors)
• Layered or editable source files so I can review your adjustments
• A clear, step-by-step explanation of your HDR merging, color balancing, and finishing touches

I’ll supply the RAW brackets via cloud link immediately. Turnaround within a few days per property is ideal, but let me know what’s realistic for you. If this first set goes well, I’ll have ongoing shoots each month.
