Quick Symmetrical Photo Manipulation

I have a single PNG that needs a tidy bit of work. Please cut out the subject cleanly, square the image so it sits perfectly upright, and mirror or otherwise adjust whatever is necessary to give the photo true left-right symmetry. Nothing fancy beyond that—just a crisp, balanced final result.
The original file is already in PNG; I’ll send it the moment we start. I need the completed, layered Photoshop file back within 48 hours so I can tweak colours later if required. If you’re comfortable knocking out backgrounds, aligning objects with guides, and keeping edges razor-sharp, this should be a quick win for both of us.
