Professional Photo Retouching

Hi! I'm seeking a skilled photo editor to retouch 40-50 photos of me from my brother's wedding. Outfit is great but I didn't like the hair and makeup. Skin was too pale and lips were too dark. The hairstyle also ended up looking weird. I have long black hair but it was pulled back a little too much so I was hoping to change it to a fully down hairstyle. I can send pics of what I was hoping for. Lastly, my smile was a little weird in some pics. Not sure if that can be fixed. I can show you photos where it looks better.
