I need a resourceful freelancer to source and process product images for the first 100 products (highlighted in green) on the attached spreadsheet. The goal is to save us time by gathering the most likely correct images using common sense and e-commerce best practices.

The Workflow
Search: Use the 'Product Name' to find the best matching image on Google.
Selection (The "Intuition" Phase): We cannot verify every item for you, so we rely on your judgment.
Heuristics: Choose images with plain white backgrounds where possible.
Focus: The product should be centered and clearly in focus.
Duplicate Image: The same images might be applicable to the multiple product names.

Editing & Formatting:
Size: Minimum 700x700 pixels.
Upscaling: If the image is smaller than 700px, use an AI upscaler to reach the requirement without pixelation.
Aspect Ratio: Must be 1:1 (Square). If the image is rectangular, add padding to the canvas - do not stretch the product.
Format: .png or .jpg only.
Naming: Save each file exactly as the SKU (Product Code) from the spreadsheet.
Mark the product as added on the spreadsheet checkbox (column D).
Key Requirements
Common Sense: You should have a "feel" for what a product photo looks like. Avoid lifestyle photos (people using the product) unless no other option exists.
Speed & Accuracy: We expect a high "success rate" of correct images, though we understand some may be incorrect due to the nature of the search.
Technical Skill: Ability to use upscaling tools and batch-process 1:1 margins.
