Print-Ready VIN Tag Artwork

I have an existing VIN tag that measures exactly 45 mm × 90 mm. The original is worn and a bit noisy, so I need the graphics cleaned up and refined far enough that a printer can produce a crisp replacement, but I do not need museum-grade vector tracing—just a solid, moderate detail enhancement.

Scope
• Retouch the supplied scan/photo to remove scratches, stains, and distortions while preserving every character, border line, and icon exactly as they appeared on the factory tag.
• Keep the typography and overall layout in the original style; no modern fonts or stylistic shifts.
• Ensure the final canvas is precisely 45 mm × 90 mm at 300 DPI (or higher) so the print house can drop it straight into production.

Deliverable
A high-resolution JPEG, flattened and ready for print. If you happen to produce your work in Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar, feel free to include the layered source file as a courtesy, but the JPEG is the only mandatory item.

Acceptance
The tag must look clean at 100 % zoom without visible retouch artifacts; all edges should be sharp yet natural, text perfectly legible, and the overall proportions identical to my reference.
