I have a single JPEG family photo that needs a very specific touch-up. The girl in the middle must be removed completely, the background reconstructed so it looks natural, and the two remaining girls brought closer together so they sit side by side. The golden rule: their faces, hair, clothing—every pixel of those two girls—must stay exactly as they are now. Any change to them and I’ll consider the job incomplete.
You’re free to use Photoshop, Affinity Photo, or any advanced retouching workflow you prefer, as long as the final result looks seamless and true to life.
Deliverables
• Retouched high-resolution JPEG with the middle girl removed, background rebuilt, and the remaining girls positioned side by side—zero alteration to their appearance.
• Optional layered file (PSD or similar) showing your non-destructive edits, so I can see how the work was achieved.
Acceptance criteria
1. Visual inspection confirms no modifications to the two nieces.
2. Background shows no obvious cloning or artifacts.
3. Composition feels natural with the girls positioned side by side.
If you can guarantee that level of precision, let’s get started.
