I’m preparing a new set of fashion images and need a skilled retoucher to bring their lighting in line with my reference shots. I will supply a folder containing the raw files plus a short PDF that walks through the exact look I’m after—histogram targets, exposure notes, and side-by-side examples. Your task is strictly lighting adjustments: balance exposure, refine contrast, and ensure soft, even highlights without altering skin texture or removing blemishes unless that lighting work naturally requires it. The finished JPEGs must match the reference style as closely as possible so the entire campaign feels consistent when placed in layout. Files are to be delivered in both layered PSD (with your adjustment layers intact) and high-resolution sRGB JPEG, ready for print and web.
