Portrait Photo Retouching Needed

I have a collection of portrait shots that require professional photo editing. I’m looking for someone who can bring out natural skin tones, refine details, balance lighting, and generally polish each image without making the final result look over-processed.

Please include a detailed project proposal that explains your workflow for portrait retouching, the software you prefer to use (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One), estimated turnaround time, and how you handle revisions. I’ll share the raw files once we agree on scope and timeline, and I’d like the finished portraits returned in both high-resolution JPEG and layered PSD formats so future tweaks remain possible.
