Portrait Photo Manipulation

I’m looking for a Photoshop expert for a photo manipulation project. I have one photo where I’m holding a ring box but the ring is completely blocked. I also have a second photo where the same ring and box are clearly visible. I need you to use the second photo as a reference to make the ring visible in the first photo so it looks natural and realistic.

The final image should:
• Show the exact same ring and box from the reference
• Make the ring slightly brighter and shinier so it stands out
• Improve overall lighting and skin tones while keeping everything natural
