Portrait & Detail Photo Retouch

I have a photograph that needs a careful, natural-looking polish. The main focus is the face and skin: I want subtle skin smoothing that keeps pores and texture intact while removing any unevenness. Beyond the portrait itself, a few surrounding objects look off-tone and slightly scuffed, so I also need selective color correction and the removal of those small imperfections.

Please work non-destructively—ideally in Photoshop—so I can receive:
• a layered PSD with all adjustments clearly labeled, and
• a high-resolution JPEG ready for print and web.

Consistency in color, realistic skin texture, and a clean background are my priorities. If any part of the brief is unclear, let me know before you begin so we can keep revisions to a minimum.
