Portrait Crease Repair Needed

I have a single-subject portrait that suffered a vertical crease running from the chin through the shirt area. I’d like that lower section visually “pulled” back into place so the proportions look natural again—no stretching of the facial features, just a smooth extension beneath the chin where the damage shows. The restored file is purely for my personal keepsake, so it has to feel authentic and not obviously edited.
Please work in Photoshop (or an equivalent retouching tool) and return a high-resolution image that prints cleanly at the photo’s original size. If you can provide a layered PSD alongside a flattened JPEG/PNG, even better, as it lets me archive the work for the future. Subtlety is key: consistent textures, matching shadows, and zero tell-tale cloning marks will be how I judge success.
I'd prefer PNG to a JPEG. Can you also make the background a simple dark green curtain?
